Not applicable shipping-methods are showing up

Hey there,

 

I am currently having a problem with displaying the different kind of shipping methods.

 

I have three shipping-costs which should appear based on the order-amount:

 

< 10 = Shipping-DHL-Costs: 7,90

>= 10 && < 60 = Shipping-DHL-Costs: 4,90

> 60 = Shpping-DHL-Costs: free

 

If I am now ordering a product of below 10 Euro, I still can choose all three of them... How can I avoid this? If my order-value is below 10, just the 7,90 as costs should be available...
