Page blanche sans message d'erreur même après avoir activé define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

Bonjour,

 

Je travaille actuellement sur ma boutique Prestashop 1.5.5, j'ai testé de créer une scène avec des produits et subitement mon site et l'admin affiche une page blanche.

J'ai donc modifié le fichier config/define.inc.php et changer la valeur define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); afin de voir le message d'erreur.

Cependant, après avoir modifié cette ligne du fichier, j'ai toujours une page blanche sans aucun message d'erreur.

Pourriez-vous m'expliquer comment faire pour savoir d'où vient le bug ?

je vous ai mis en pièce jointe le fichier defines.inc.php pour vous assurer que j'ai bien activé l'affichage des messages d'erreurs.

J'ai supprimé le cache SMARTY, et le message d'erreur est réapparu :

la page blanche se trouve sur l'accueil du site ? Parce que pour ma part tout est en ordre...

 

Ah si, il y a juste ce que je pense être votre logo sur la droite au dessus du panier qui affiche un point d'interrogation...

moi j'ai la meme chose,pour ajouter une image dans une categorie et la gros crash cela ma supprimé la categorie entiere avec les sous categorie, l'erreur est de type "500 internal server error" je suis passé en true dans le fichier define mais j'ai rien aucune erreur affiché,

si quelqu'un a une ptite idée,

classique me dire vous,  j'ai re uploader list_header.tpl  et vidé  cache/smarty et cache smarty/compile en

gardant a chaque fois index.

Bonjour,

 

Ce fichier de module tiers est manquant sur votre serveur /modules/listorgridswitch/listorgridswitch.tpl et votre thème appelle ce fichier dans product-sort.tpl au lieu de passer par un hook.
