Flmbx Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 We're in 1.4.9 and one of the payment modules is the Multisafepay one where buyers can pay with credit card. There's something very annoying with this module. From customers who initialized a payment with Multisafepay but didn't proceed 100%, I receive an new order with "Expired" Status after about 1 month in Prestashop. These orders come in at about 5am each day. Example to clarify: a customer ordering in my prestashop on December,4th and trying to pay with Multisafepay but not completing the payment, comes back in my prestashop on January,4th around 5 am with a new order status "expired".
