Instead of giving the option for the customers to pay with a credit card on my website it takes them to paypal and where they have to sign-in. I've lost several customers due to this. Here is the text of my conversation with PayPal tech support yesterday: > Referring to our telephone conversation earlier, we have confirmed that in TEST mode, Express Checkout and PayPal Payment Advanced credit card transactions were processed successfully.>> For Express Checkout, we can see that the payment were sent to your merchant account [email protected]. Your website also showed the thank you page with the message "Congratulations! Your payment is pending verification, and your order has been saved under the reference SSZGCCOGQ.">> For Credit Card payments however, this does does not happen. Even though we can see the test payment went through to your PayPal Payments Advanced (via PayPal Manager) account, your website does not show the thank you page.>> Since the payment has been processed successfully, we would recommend for you to contact the developer for the PayPal module and/or Prestashop technical support for assistance to sort out the order mechanism for credit card transactions. Can anyone here suggest a solution to this situation for me? Our website is designsbyjalex.net I was thinking about just uninstalling the PayPal USA module and reinstalling it.
