Using variables in customer service standard reply form

Hi everyone. I would like to know if its possible to use {firstname}{lastname} in the customer service stand reply form format.

 

I have tried using {shop_name} and it works!

 

Eg:

 

Dear     ,

 

 

Regards,

{shop_name} Team

 

However, {firstname}{lastname} doesnt.
