When a visitor visits the store and puts the item in stock and clicks the checkout, it goes to shopping-cart summary. The tax does not show up for the item unless the visitor logs in. Is there anyway to show the tax without login in? What is the use of Estimate the cost of shipping & taxes? Which ever state I choose, it does not show the tax for the item until I login in.
