Trying to understand Prestashop stats

We are analyzing Prestashop stats and we are having some trouble trying to understand what they represent exactly.

 

The main doubt we have with dates and order statuses. For example, an order is made on day 1, is paid on day 2 (and assigned to the "Paid" status, that has the option "Consider the associated order as validated" checked) and sent on day 3 (and assigned to the "Sent" status, that also has the option "Consider the associated order as validated" checked).

 

In the Prestashop Stats Dashboard, when we look it in Mode "Day", this order would appear on day 1 (order), day 2 (first validated status) or day 3 (last validated status)?

 

We've tried to look at our current orders in order to try to understand this, but we have too many orders and too many different statuses. I've also tried searching, but surprisingly I haven't found any documentation or previous posts that explains this in detail.
