Remove birthday and mr mrs

I searched Google but every time i found a topic in this forum there was no soloution or I could not find the text i needed to edit in my files.

 

How do I delete birthday and mr/mrs in the quick order process?

I have already removed this text from the authentication.tpl  but i did not help

Try it in the  /themes/default/order-opc-new-account.tpl. 

Red text is what you have to add.

Which module can utilize the usefulness of the birthday date? In the BO it only shows the age of the customer, but i am not sure if this is useful? is their a free birthday module, that will send an auto cron email to the user with a voucher?
