Problems with Price Rules - Cart Rules

Hi, I am using PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.1 and I wanted to set up vouchers for my website. It works fine when I create the cart rule without a code and the dicount eg. 5% is applied to every item but as soon as I enter a  required code in the set up, it stops working and in the checkout there is not even an option or a button for a customer to enter this code. Do you experience the same problem?

Have you made the rule "visible"?

 

Appart from that, normally rules behave the same with or without code (only difference, one is added automaticaly, second need manual validation)... are you sure you have reproduced the same condition while trying with the one code tagged ?

By visible do you mean that the status is clicked as green tick? If so, then yes I did.

It is working fine without the code, but  when I specify the code then I don't even see where the customers could enter it on my website.

Highlight

     

If the voucher is not yet in the cart, it will be displayed in the cart summary.

 

Should be check otherwise the code is valid but not displayed

Hi, yes the highlight is checked as well. It is wokring fine when the code section is left empty, but if I specify the code, it is not picked up.

The strange thing is that when I click on the basket, the field for entering the voucher code is displayed there for split of a second and then it disappears so it is impossible to enter the code in.

Stock theme is working fine for me with 1.5.6.1 ...
