1.5.6.1 not all root categories showing in "filter by category"

Hi All,

 

Not sure if this is a bug in 1.5.6.1 or a config error, but thought id ask the question anyway.

 

Running multistore - Showing all shops 

 

I have two root categories:

 

1. Root 1 = for Shop A

2. Root 2 = for Shop B 

 

When i am in the products page (to add or edit a product) and press "Filter by Category" I only ever see the Root 1 categories. It doesn't matter if I change the shops etc.

 

I tried this same setup in 1.6.0.1 Alpha and it works. 

 

any ideas?
