Few days ago, we just experienced a customer complaining that the website became slower when he added 150+ items in a single order. His order was about 300 items or so and he was having a hard time adding items after 150+ items in 1 single order. The lag/delay time is around 5-10 second to add 1 order. ibndawood Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 Hi Herry, There could be lot of reasons why a prestashop website is slow. I run a website similar to yours (though I haven't received 100+ items in single order). The website runs on a VPS with CCC enabled. We also use caching via cloud cache.
