hontoir Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 (edited) I am having problems with my site having recently installed the new version of Prestashop. If a guest adds a product to the cart then the shipping cost is added. I noticed that this shipping cost is maintained right up until the user is moved to paypal, here it has been removed. I also noticed that at any point once logged in if the user returns to the original cart then the shipping cost has been removed. Any help please?I've been ripping my hair out for the past 24 hours regarding this. Looking at the Localisation, Countries, United Kingdom, the address format is currently: firstname lastname company vat_number address1 address2 postcode city Country:name phone phone_mobile however, as soon as I save it it reverts to this: firstname lastname company vat_number address1 address2 postcode city Country? phone phone_mobile Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
