Moduly YOTPO a INCENTIVIBE

Ahojte, 

 

pozeram si akurat volne dostupne moduly - yopo a incentivibe, mate niekto s tymto skusenosti? Skusala som naistalovat yotpo, na stranke to vyzera dobre, da sa to pekne v dashborde aj editovat ( zmazat zlu reakciu a podobne), ale nie som si nejak ista nastaveniami tych emailov, ktore chodia automaticky ( po niekolkych dnoch pride automaticky mail ako bol zakaznik spokojna, stranka sa mu pripomenia a vyzyva ho k hodnoteniu - recenzii), avsak ja mam napriklad niektori tovar s predlzenou dobodu dodania 21 dni, iny mam ihned k odberu, teda sa tto neda nastavit :-( a v pripade ze nebola poslana objednavak, pride zakaznikovi na mail nieco v zmysle ( v anglictine) havent you received your order yet, we will do everything to make you receive it ...blablaba  a linka na yotpo, to je divne...

 

Chcem sa spytat aj na incentivibe, na prvy pohlad to vyzera ako dobry sposob giveaway, mate s tym niekto skusenosti ako to funguje v reali, na nasom trhu? svk a ceskom? a je k tomu vsetkemu o co sa oni staraju aj slovencina? Dakujem za tipy!!!

I'm sorry for writing this in English but we don't yet have someone in the office that speaks Slovak. 

 

I'm happy to read that you are considering using Yotpo. You mentioned a few things related to our Mail After Purchase emails which I wanted to address.

 

Firstly you said that some orders are received very quickly while others are only received after 21 days. In this case I recommend setting the time frame to just over 21 days so that all customers will get a Mail After Purchase after receiving their products. Even if some customers get the product immediately, the fact that you are sending them a review request after 21 days is fine because it will be enough time for them to engage with the product.

 

We are currently building a number of premium features which will allow you more control over the look and feel of the Mail After Purchase email. If you are interested in learning more then you are welcome to send an email to [email protected].

 

We have included a link in our Mail After Purchase emails to allow customers to let merchants know that they have yet to receive their products. This is just a bonus feature so that merchants can then reach out to customers that have not yet received their products.
