mported user missing header and other page content

Hi,

 

I imported user from another system via SQL.

I also added one adress per addded user.

 

If i login with one of the imported users, most of the content is missing:
Navigation, Footers etc.

 

Sorry for the german language. Basically this is the content of the "my account" page with headers and footers missing.
The link at the bottom leads to the mobile website which also doesn't work properly.

Any hints for me ? Do i have to create any other database entries for the users?

After further exaimnation i noticed you have to assign the user to a group.

(Table customer_group) to get things working.
