PrestaShop 1.5.6.1 - No available carriers

Recommended Posts

I cannot seem to figure out why I can't get beyond this, but I have product in my catalog, I have a valid carrier and shipping rules including picking up at my "store", and I continue to get "No available carriers" message when trying to check out.

I have tried different addresses, enabling all zones, though I only actually want US and Canada in North America.  I have attempted enabling every single thing I can think of.  Would prefer to simply deactivate the shipping portion and handle it internally for now, but don't know how.

I don't know where else to look to resolve this problem, but until this is fixed I cannot enable my store.

I would sincerely appreciate some urgent assistance on this.

Thanx in advance.

1.5.6.0 same problem here,

I'v set all zones, assigned carriers, assigned countrys to zones.

Somethings is terrible wrong here, MAYDAY

EDIT: It seems to effect only countrys with states defined..... (USA, CDN, Mexico...)

EDIT2: Solved, at least for me: the states within countrys have to be assigned to zones too..

I tested out a default installation of Prestashop and there everything works.

So it begs the question of what step in setting it up is "breaking" shipping.

So even when not change the carriers options, some step somewhere in the setup is breaking something, I just haven't figured out what.

I am now losing sales because of this and cannot enable my shop.  Very disappointed

After update 1.5.6.1, then start to come this problem "No available carriers" and now this must be corrected quickly, but how?

I try to enable all zones and remove zones and greated again, same I try to do Carrier, but nothing helps.

I changed standard five-step checkout process and enable Shipping Estimate module and it is working, jippii....but only short time and then disappeared, damn, still more kicking, maybe I find something...

SOLVED

Stock  > Warehouses

Click Edit your Warehouse

Click Carriers Box your Carrier like Post, then Save

Tadaa, it is working!

Because, when you see it there, is not not yet selected, you have to clicked and then saved and only this way is really selected!!

""create new product sometimes it works and sometime it don't. which is weird.""

This is really weird and very diffucult to solve... what happend if you use this working product and use duplicate option to create new product, do this works all the time?, because maybe only Add New.. Product action make something wrong.

I have made one product that I using all time to create new product using the Duplicate options, and I don't have any problems.

Hello, I am having pretty much the same issue, with the no carrier available message as well. I have done a lot that I have found in the forum. like going to the Warehouse tab under the stock tab and selecting carriers, which seemed to work for others. But not for my store. If someone could help me the url I am working on is www.archetypevaportanks.com/store If you could take a look see if you can find a solution. I have gone every which way trying to figure this out. Had it working a couple of weeks ago. but these darn updates.
