Cart Total With Item Discount Error

Hello, this is my first post and to start it off I would like to thank the Prestahop Team and the community for this wonderfull suite of software.

Ok, here is my problem, I have an item that I wish to apply a discount to once the customer orders 3 items i.e. £5 each or 3 for £10, in the Product setup screen I set the Discounts tab features to the following; Qty 3 - Value = £5 - Type By ammount.
Therfore, if the customer buys 2 they are charged £10, if the customer buys 3 they are charged £10 (3 * £5 - £5 discount), however when the customer add's more than 2 to their shopping cart the shopping cart drops o £0.00....not good.

Any suggestions please?

Hi. I noticed this, but instead of trying to sort it out I just created a voucher code that the customer has to type in to get the discount. It works fine but would like to know the correct way round it tho

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply, however, although you suggest this work around, I would rather sort out the perennial problem first.

I agree, so would I, this was just a quick fix.
