Different shipping costs according to the prices

Hi,

 

I have set up the following configuration for my shipping costs:

 

cost is set to depend on the price

Zones/Ranges/Shipping-Fees:

France: 0-55€ = 8€
France:  >55€ = 0€

 

EU: 0-80€ = 13€
EU:  > 80€ = 0€

 

 

Outside EU: 0-80€ = 15€
Outside EU:  > 80€ = 0€

 

 

(and of course I have defined which countries goes with which zone)

 

But the system does calculate the lowest Fee range in all cases. It does not operate with 0,- fee if the total price has passed the limits of 55 euros in France and 80 euros outside France.

 

Can anyone help please?
