everything depends on what you exactly mean by "add custom css menu". You want only change css styles?

or maybe use totally different menu? (add custom menu) ?

i have advanced top menu but in internet explorer it seems so bad. you can check it www.4everwine.com

 

and i cannot fix it with CCC (menu i am using prestashop in french so i dont know what is it in english CCC (concatenation, compression and caching))

First i can't see any menu, and second, if you say that you have advanced top menu, why don't request help to the developer ?, and third, your site have some error because never stop to load.

i checked your website and the only one menu that i see there is:

i (and anyone else here) don't know what you exepct exactly, so... it's a paid module so i suppose that you should ask developer of this addon for support
