jonathan2478 Posted September 25, 2009 Share Posted September 25, 2009 I've had the "Data Analytics has been successfully installed and data is being gathered now. " for days now, it should only take up to 24 hours to show the data. I've cross compared the tracking code in the shop with the default one GA gives you to insert into your page, and they appear to look different...Is this what is causing the problem, or is there something else going on? Do I have to modify anything? If there is something I have to change, how do I go about it? I will appreciate greatly any help anyone can offer me. kam270 Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Same problem here. Analytics isnt aware of any of the prestashop pages. I´ve added the google ID but no data being gatherd.
