Help with Sitemap errors

Hi,

I'm fairly new to all this, and I'm learning alot recently, so be gentle with your answers.

 

When I first created my prestashop I managed to do two versions of it, that I didn't realise a GB one and an EU one. I've changed it all to one now which should be just www.autodecal.co.uk but when I generate the site map and put it in google webmaster tools it came up with a load of errors of pages not found. I went through on Monday and asked google to remove those pages, but still when I create the sitemap google webmaster still says there are errors, have I missed doing something, or do I just have to wait for it all to update?
