I just want to exclude "Switzerland" from my usual tax, but i can not find a menu / setting, where i can change the countries or set a rule. There is only Payment > Taxes > Rate -> Edit where i can choose between Africa Asia Deutschland Europe Europe others Oceania US But where can i edit "Europe", to exclude Switzerland from the usual tax ?
