Multiple shipping options not working

Hello,

 

I set up some shipping options for first and second class UK delivery and Europe delivery. They were all working fine but I have just added a Worldwide shipping option and now only the first class UK delivery is available. I was wondering whether anyone has any ideas why this may have happend?

 

I have made sure the available countries are enabled and checked the zones are attached to the right countries.

 

When I get to the delivery phase of the checkout it says:

 

 

There is 1 error, There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected.

Choose your delivery method

No carriers available for the address "My address".

 

Any ideas would be most welcome.
