Skrill/Moneybookers issue payment complete but order not created

Hi

 

I suddenly have a problem with Skrill/Moneybookers payments.

 

Customer makes the payment, but no order is created in Prestashop. Noticed also customer's shopping cart keeps the items stored as they were.

 

There is no error message, payment is successful at Skrill payment page (credit card is actually charged), but does not redirect back to the shop, so customer thinks all went ok, but no order is created in Prestashop.

 

Makes impossible to know if there was an order! Can someone please help? This really hurts business.
