Sparkz Posted November 24, 2013 Share Posted November 24, 2013 Hi I have been setting up a shop where I have removed all of the default test data (ipod products and categories) and imported my own products and categories. however when setting the shop live none of the products are being displayed. I can search and find them but they do not appear when clicking on the categories. What happens when I click on a category is that I am shown a 404 error saying the page doesn't exist. comparing the test shop with mine when adding a product to a category, the list in which you select the category to assign is more stepped down where the test site appears to be all on the same level. see attached to see what I mean. Please can someone tell me what they think is going wrong and what steps I could possibly take to get it working the way it should? stryka Posted December 13, 2013 Share Posted December 13, 2013 This seems to be a reocurring theme after an import... even when i try to create a category manually and then associate product i get 404... how do we properly move to root?
