How did I removed "voucher" from one step checkout

I removed "Enter voucher" box from one page checkout, I don't know how to put it back. I think I used visual mode to remove it, now I am lost how to put it back.

I tried to overwrite my template files but the enter coupon code is not available on the checkout page.

 

Could you please advice:

- which module is responsible for coupon codes handling

- is it possible that I unhooked the module form checkout page ? If yes what is the module name under which I should hook it back in modules position section ?
