PrestaToys Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 Wondering if anyone can help clear this up? I am putting up product pricing for my shop. We are in Canada and I have set my default currency to CAD. I have 2 currencies set up... CAD and USD The CAD shows as $1 and the USD rate is 0.958283 I have uploaded all my prices as $12.34 (to test some things) It displays for me in my shop as $11.83 (= $12.34 x 0.958283) But I am in Canada, set up an account with a Canadian Address, default Canadian Currency ... yet Prestashop is applying the exchange rate and discounting my prices as if I am in the USA. And I set up an account with a US address, and it is showing the same prices $11.83 (which is correct) Anyone have any insight into this situation? Thanks. On Chrome and Firefox, the prices show up as $11.83 But on Explorer, the prices show up as CAD$12.34 This is kinda crazy I think! I need a break. Please reply if you know what is going on.
