RescueDog Posted November 19, 2013 Share Posted November 19, 2013 Hey guys - thanks for taking the time to read.I have several instances of abandoned carts that have $1466.15 of product in them. 9 of them in the past 3 weeks, in fact. Is there a way to trace an IP or what action would you take?I also have excessive amounts of page views ("Product Pages Viewed") vs Orders. I realize that this could be a lack of appropriate product, etc... However, I have only shared the site with a targeted audience of 350 people. My product views for Nov are 1475 and they rise about hourly. A bot can't add things to a cart tho and create a potential order. <?> The abandoned carts worry me more - like someone's trying to pick thru the code somewhere. And the cart amount is always the same.
