Registration form

Ok, so I've been noticing lately that I've had a lot of people not complete the registration process.  I'm not sure what the deal is, but after looking at the registration page I have an idea.  One piece of information it asks for is "birth date".  I would like to add following text to that page "Providing your birth date is optional.  If you provide it we will send you a birthday coupon.  This information is not used for any other purpose."  Or something along those lines.  I just know I wouldn't give my real birth date to a bunch of strangers on the internet that could also have by credit card info too.

 

Can anyone point me in the direction to make the modification.
