cart rule: buy 2 items for 99$

I'm want to place the following rule:

if u buy 2 items from my collection, u will pay 99$ only for both.

 

original price is 59$ or 69$ but as long as u take two u will pay 99 for both.

 

The items I want to be in this sale are few (not all store / all category)

 

How can I place this rule ?
