upgrading?

I'm trying to upgrade, using this as a guide;

I followed the 7 steps, so the subdomain is at

http://backup.swedishsweetsandimports.com/

 

once I open up the public_html, im redirected to the current site...

Why, I looked at and there is a .htaccess file, heres its contents
