One product - two categories - different information

As I understand it I can create one product and place it into many different categories. From my shops point of view this could be Home : Canvas : Photo and each listing would be identical.

Is it possible to create "one product" which shows different information in each category.
Photo sizes show as A3 - A0 while
Canvas sizes show as 10" * 16" etc.

Or do I have to create completely different products (Using mostly the same information) in order to have them display the different size information in its respective category.
