Die Screen when clicking on a product

Hello,

As a newbie to Prestashop, I managed to setup and configure my shop to sell virtual products (mp3 tracks)

The site runs in arabic and english using a theme that is adapted for RTL and LTR.

I also used PixelMeal Music Shop which works great.

 

The site runs under www.bk-media.net

 

The problem we are facing has happened twice. Some products start to throw the user into the die screen "Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists." when the product details page is clicked.

 

Right now we have 4 products, two of them throwing the error and two are not.

 

We have tried dropping the products table and recreating it from a back-up but problem persist.

We have tried disabling the pixelmeal music shop but problem persisted.

We have tried disabling tracks from the main product (mp3 album) but problem persisted.

 

 

All product behavior is normal on the backoffice...only on the front end this is happening.

Last time we resorted to uploading everything all over again and the folders and tracks worked fine.

 

Has anyone faced this before? if not, how can we debug such a thing. The debugger doesn't fire on the Die screen...

Hi, I'm very sorry that I didn't found this thread earlyer. I see that you found solution to your problems.

If so, can you write what helped you fix problem with first product?
