Job Offer - SEO work to increase organic searches, long term.

I need some SEO work done on my site to increase the organic search side.

Site has run for around 12 years with no external SEO work done to it but I now need an expert in this area to drive the business forward. Particularly with all the recent Google Panda/Hummingbird changes.

I am looking for an initial 6 months of work with continuing work after this once the site is running better.
Site runs on Prestashop V5 and can be seen at http://www.gretnagreenweddingring.com/
