Silvie
Hi, this is an emergency issue and any help will be highly appreciated! I am running Prestashop 1.5.3 in multistore mode (I have 5 stores online in 2 groups). Two of the stores are working fine (both in one group), the third one in the same group has this issue and both stores from the other group are having this issue, too. The first group with 3 stores shares the stock quantities, the other group does not. When I add a product to the cart and then click on the cart, the page says "Cart is empty". When I try to add two or more products to the cart, there is still just one product. It somehow worked after a while for once - I was able to make an order and add products to the cart normally. I am using Chrome, but I tried in Safari and Firefox (on Mac OS) and it didn't work eaither. I thought my issue could be related to this bug http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-5552, but I couldn't find the solution there (am I blind?) and secondly, I am not sure if it is related, when the stock is not shared in the second group of stores. Example 1 - working store: http://www.spiritcheer.cz Example 2 - store with this issue: http://www.slevy-super-akce.cz/ I don't think this issue is related to my hosting provider, since all works fine on those 2 stores... Thanks for your suggestions!
Silvie
People, I know there has been written a lot about this topic, but I haven't find any serious solution. This is a stopper that is blocking my sites and my business. No suggestions, really?
El Patron
http://www.slevy-super-akce.cz/ using firefox, I was able to add multiple products to the cart and proceed to check out. I did not experience the problem you described. Have you tried clearing your browser cookies before testing?
Silvie
Thanks for testing, it actually seems that now the products can be added to cart properly (great!), however I am not able to log in using Chrome. It still returns me back to the login screen. But that may be another story.. I recently did a few things that may have influenced this, I completely uninstalled two templates from Leotheme - Leo T-shirt and Leo Converse and all of the modules that came with them. It looks like this was the issue, unfortunately, because I like those themes I tried clearing my browser cache and cookies many, many times when testing, but it didn't help. I also experienced some problems in the BO - a value was changed, saved, but it still showed the previous value. It changed after a day or so to the new value (just like a cookie problem, but clearing them didn't help and I even saw the "old" value in other browsers, too). Do you think these issues could be connected somehow to the themes? Anyway, whatever happened, I am happy it works now! Thanks again for your time El Patron
vekia
im using chrome, cart works well: seems like you've got some kind of cookie problems in your chrome browser. have you tried to clear browser cache (totally) ?
Silvie
Hi Vekia, sorry for the delay, I have tried to clear the cache manually and totally multiple times before, it must have been the modules or themes I have uninstalled that solved this problem. It seems that the cart is working properly now, but I can't log in using Chrome. It works in Safari, though. If you have Chrome, could you please check the login? Thanks for your time!
