LinusIT Posted November 8, 2013 Share Posted November 8, 2013 Hi everyone I realise this has been asked several times before but none of the threads I found have a solution for me. I am running version 1.5.6.0 and have the mail alerts module installed and enabled. I have configured it with an email address. The customer gets an order confirmation email, I have tested this by placing a test order. I've checked the setup many many times but it still isn't working.
