My problem is this...I want to set the Customization text field in the product area to except any text. Numbers and coding characters. Example:... <product><code>1165-19-c24</code><personalization><wording-style>Traditional ... It does not need to be recognized as anything but text. This would be delivered to the drop shipper "as is". The Customization tab in the product area is perfect and works fine as long as I just type in a few words. There are 5 lines of this particular text and the Customization form throws an error if I try to put this in. I cannot find any information relating to this. Anybody have a solution, please.
