Removing Category name, product id and EAN/UPC from friendtly URLs

Hello every one

I have been searching a lot to remove category, product id and ean/upc from urls of my website. all these 3 were effecting seo of my site and google was not indexing page title of my website as it only index 9-10 words of page title.

I found its solution and its very easy to manage, please go to following of your prestashop admin panel, using prestashop 1.5.6

Preferences  SEO & URLs

 

Route to products:  {category:/}{id}-{rewrite}{ ean13}.html

 

remove {category:/},{id} & { ean13}

 

above changes will create your urls with our category, id and ean numbers and you url will look some thing as following.

 

http://scottishkiltshop.com/en/152-sport-kilt-for-running-men.html

 

I did not remove id in my shop as I have items with duplicate name.
