Issue on image format ? (not thumbnail or size stuff)

Hi,

when importing items via csv we specify the images for each item. we get some issue with images. customer bring us messy format images. I mean cmyk format with different profile and in prestashop this images are loaded but doesn't appear on shop

 

on web the best setting is Jpeg image format with sRgb profile embedded

 

the question is:

 

- what's the best image format for prestashop ?

- did prestashop remove sRgb profile when generating thumbnail and other images ?
