I have tried, but I think that it's not posible from the BO. If I select "All Shops", and try to associate it to one root category, it doesn't work. Also tried with export product, in the product tab, but it has very few fields, no images, etc. I think the solution es through database, but, which tables are involved? I see ps_products_shop, and I see id_shop=6 (I want move to 7). But, after in ps_products_lang the id of the product is associated with 8 languages, and 4 shops (I have 4 shops) Is there a solution, module, something like that?
