Electronixbarn Posted October 31, 2013 Share Posted October 31, 2013 Over the last few days I've noticed a lot of traffic to my store, but no sales. So I started looking around and noticed that every item was showing "0" (zero) quantity in-stock. So I went into the BO and re-added the quantities in. Not so much trouble since I currently don't have a lot of items, but if I had 1000's of items that would be a disaster. Can anyone point me in the direction to look for why this is happening???? Electronixbarn Posted November 1, 2013 Author Share Posted November 1, 2013 No lets say I have 3 items in my shop. Item A I have 16pcs in inventory, Item B 25 and Item C has 36pcs. Yesterday I noticed all items A, B and C showed 0pcs in stock. I then had to go into the BO and re-add the current inventory. Not so hard since I only have a couple dozen items, but if I had a store with 500 items this is an all day task. My issue is why did every item get zero'd out. I have stock and it was in the DB, but the DB got zero'd for all items. I don't think this is a widespread problem because if it was thousands of people would be screaming. How do I track what is causing this so I can get to the bottom of it. I've had this happen 3 times in the past 2 weeks and need it to stop.
