Backend Customer message in Front end

I am getting a lots of postive message in my backend customer service message.Usually my every members leave a message during placing the order.

Now my problem is that i cnt find how to show the message in my front end.I want to display all my customer message in a sperate CMS page or in a block to my member in front end.

So how can i show the backend customer message in front?

i have attached the backend block that i want to show in fronts.I dnt mind if it is possible to show same block in frontend.Of course with out login to backend..
