Artur Fonzarelli
Hi!I have 2 questions for you:1-prestashop upgrading to the latest version available is lost natural positioning for keywords on Google? In fact, I have a site that is well positioned for different keywords, however, was built about 2-3 years ago and never updated version of Prestashop. So my question is: if now I update to the latest version of Prestashop placements that I have reached is lost?2-in case the version of Prestashop in my possession is too dated and so you can not update it but I have to install a new prestashop then it is easy (but mostly it is possible) to export the catalog in excel from the old store and import it into the new Prestashop ?These things are feasible? Let me know.Best regards
vekia
In fact, I have a site that is well positioned for different keywords, however, was built about 2-3 years ago and never updated version of Prestashop. So my question is: if now I update to the latest version of Prestashop placements that I have reached is lost? new prestashop has got better construction of pages, it will be much better for seo purposes than old one. I think that in first several days you will lose positions, then after some time it will be much better than now. 2-in case the version of Prestashop in my possession is too dated and so you can not update it but I have to install a new prestashop then it is easy (but mostly it is possible) to export the catalog in excel from the old store and import it into the new Prestashop ? hello it is possible but it will be a bit hard. you will need to do it carefully. If I were you i will use some migration tools like cart2cart
