How to hide a tracking number in e-mail when there is no

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to simply hide the line which says "you can track your package....." in e-mail, when I don't provide a tracking number number in a BO.

 

Now when I don't input any number in the tracking field, the e-mail that is sent to customer says:

 

"You can track your package under this number: {followup}"
