Ray UK
Hi, We have recently had lots of people saying they are adding items to our cart, then when they change page or go to checkout, the cart is empty again :/ I know this was a bug in 1.4, but does anybody know why this could be happening in our PS.1.5.4 store ? But I have just gone on to test, and it worked ok for me. Our site is www.no-match.co.uk if you need to test. Thanks for any help.

Ray UK
Hi Vekia, Yes it seems to be working at the moment. The problem just happens every now and then, and when it does I tried numerous things and found the only way to stop it happening was to change the ciphering to blowfish class and back again, which resets the cookies and then it works fine. Its not a cookie issue on my computer, or customers because when it happens, it doesnt only happen to 1 person.
