Combination of shipping methods

Hi,

 

I have a big problem in my shop where I have 3 shipping methods: local picup, by courier and by manufacturer. When i set for one of my products delivery methods as by courier and local picup, and for other one: by manufacturer. Then I add them to cart and in chechout I have only one combination: local picup and delivery from manufacturer but i want this option and antoher combination like courier and manufacturer.

 

After few hours of investigation I found that in Cart class is part of code which combine delivery methods and return only cheapest combination. Is there a way to change this without changing of code?
