I purchased a synchronization module that syncs stocks, prices, attributes etc. from an external site. Everything works fine, accept the attributes. The developers of this module are based in France, and they claim the module offers translation. The problem is, when the module syncs it ads the attributes in French! I went in and manually translated all of the colours etc back to English, but when the module automatically syncs it retranslates them all back to French! I have emailed the developers 3 times over the past week, but I have not yet received a response. I have payed €149 for this module so i'm getting pretty fed up at this stage. I would greatly appreciate any help. Maybe there is a way to stop it from updating the attributes after I translate them to English? Any suggestions would be great!
