Add Favorite Product on product-list.tpl for each product.

Hi, I'd like to add 'Favorite Product' on product-list.tpl for each product.

I've tried to add below code on product-list.tpl but seem not working

<li id="favoriteproducts_block_extra_added">
{l s='Remove this product from my favorite\'s list. ' mod='favoriteproducts'}
</li>
<li id="favoriteproducts_block_extra_removed">
{l s='Add this product to my list of favorites.' mod='favoriteproducts'}
</li>

there's script error which can't get the value for 'favorite_products_id_product'.

 

please give me some advice how to fix this problem or are there any method better than this?

I am also trying to get the Favorite Product -functionality to the product list, so that customers can favorite products without actually going to the product page...is this possible?
