Send to a friend2

Hi, I´m new here and couldn´t see where to post this. I´m using a module called sendtoafriend2.

(theme blackhawk1.2)

The mailing works, but when pressing the send button the site redirects to a "submited" page not available.

 

www.xxxxxx.dk/shop/da/index.php?controller=modules//sendtoafriend2/sendtoafriend-form?id_product=8&submited

 

What to do? I guess it is in the attached file the error is, but I don´t know how to change it.
