In prestashop 1.5.5 back-end, I have about 1/4 orders with no payment status (the payment is well validated by the bank), no transaction ID but with the basket and the address well informed (see attachment). It hapenned both with SystemPay and Paypal ... What's the problem? The hosting ? Bug with Prestashop 1.5.5 ? carlitos666 Posted September 30, 2013 Author Share Posted September 30, 2013 (edited) The problem occurs only on orders with voucher, especially old I reimported from a previous store. In pss_cart_rule, product_restriction field was at "1", I put everything at zero. Since this change, everything seems to function normally.
