Suffa Posted September 27, 2013 Share Posted September 27, 2013 Hi guys. I got an order and upon checking the order it is saying the customer overpaid. When i checked paypal the ccorrect amount has been deducted yet the back office thinks the payment has been made twice. I think this is due to one item having a carrier as free shipping and the customer also added another product to the cart which has a seperate carrier that applies a fee for shipping. The total amount is correct (product 1 with no shipping + product 2 with shipping fee) and that is what paypal charged the customer. The back office still thinks two payments have been made and says I have over charged the customer. Any advice on this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

hamccb Posted January 26, 2014 Share Posted January 26, 2014 we have the same problem (1.5.3.1), prestashop calculates the next higher shipping costs while i think all is correct , when i try to make a test order with the same items(from the same country as the client) all goes correct, but the client pays more?(next higher shipping costs) Anybody have a solution?
